At Faith Low Price Auto Glass, your satisfaction and safety come first. Because we provide automotive glass services (and related products), this policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and our workmanship guarantee work.
Our workmanship guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our installations. If you experience a problem caused by our work — such as a leak, wind noise, or an installation defect — contact us and we will inspect it and make it right at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your service warranty.
Our guarantee does not cover new damage from rock chips, accidents, or impacts after installation, nor problems caused by not following the safe drive-away time or aftercare instructions.
Deposits and cancellations
- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge by contacting us before your scheduled service.
- If you paid a deposit and cancel before we order parts or begin work, your deposit is refundable.
- Special-order and specialty glass (for example, acoustic, heated, HUD, or rare vehicle glass) may be non-refundable once it has been ordered specifically for your vehicle.
Refunds on products
For any physical products purchased through our online store, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been installed, used, or specially ordered are not eligible for return.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
