Our services
We provide automotive glass services, including windshield replacement and repair, and related services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Service availability may depend on your vehicle, location, and parts availability.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change once your vehicle and damage are inspected. Advertised pricing, including any “$99” offer, applies to qualifying vehicles and standard glass; vehicles requiring specialty glass, sensors, or recalibration may cost more. We will confirm pricing before performing work.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout or by our technician.
Insurance claims
We are happy to assist with insurance claims, but we are not insurance providers or advisors. Coverage, deductibles, and approvals are determined by your insurer. You are responsible for any deductible or amount not covered by your policy.
Appointments and cancellations
Please provide accurate vehicle and contact information when booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible. Specialty or special-order glass may be non-refundable once ordered.
Your responsibilities after service
- Follow the safe drive-away time provided by your technician before driving
- Follow aftercare instructions during the first 24–48 hours
- Complete any recommended ADAS recalibration so safety systems function correctly
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Details of any applicable warranty will be provided with your service. Warranty does not cover damage from new impacts, accidents, misuse, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
