Search “9camry” in a Dallas parts group and you will find people still running 1990s Toyota Camrys — the 1997–2001 shape especially, including plenty of 1999 cars — on I-30, Loop 12, and the surface streets of Oak Cliff and East Dallas. Those cars are simple and cheap to keep. That is exactly why a used windshield pulled from a junkyard looks like a bargain. It is not.
